Came near drowning!

Today I had a party for the Doll Festival (or Girl's Day) on March 3 in Japan. The pot luck party was superb!
When children were playing in a pool, my son came near drowning!! Then my friend jumped in the pool beautifully and helped him. Luckily my son didn't drink water. But for the friend, she had almost hit her jaw on the bottom of the pool... it was not a deep area!

Watching "Tom and Jerry" today,
my 6-year-old son said happily

"I saw Tom and Jerry's mom for the first time!!"

Then continued like this...

"But she's not like Jerry."

Yes, she's not a mouse, but an owner!

It's been long time! and I can't believe I'm writing this in Middle East... I've already been here for about 2 years. I miss Japan!
